Bus Stop is a vibrant Caribbean restaurant in Brighton’s North Laine.
They specialise in Bajan Cuisine, served in a homely and relaxed environment. In order to increase their audience and educate them about the difference between Bajan and other Caribbean culinary traditions, they commissioned me a series of short videos entitled “How we cook in 15 seconds”.
These clips show some of the highlights of the traditional recipes served in the restaurant, while the full-length videos including the doses and instructions are kept in their archive for staff training purpose.
